The Waterfront at Pu’uloa Community Center – Approximately 18,000 SF of walkway tiling with mosaic shower walls and floors.
AMC Passenger Terminal, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam – 38,000 SF of terrazzo tile throughout the main floors of the AMC Terminal building. Also wall and floor tile for 4 public restrooms.
American Saving Bank Kalihi Branch – 4,000 SF of exterior stone veneer, main lobby floor tile and restrooms for new American Savings Bank branch location.
National Cemetery of the Pacific at Punchbowl Public Information Center – Exterior work included 4,300 SF of exterior travertine and basalt tile veneer. Interior tile work consisted of restroom wall and floor tile.
Skyline Rail Stations – Exterior tile wall cladding and walkways for six Skyline Rail Stations; East Kapolei, UH-West Oahu, Ho’opili, Pearl Highlands, Pearlridge, and Aloha Stadium. Approximately 58,000 SF of tile installed.
Bank of Hawaii Kahala Branch – 9,000 SF of exterior veneer tile combination of basalt and travertine. 6,000 SF of interior tile including main lobby, accent walls, and restrooms.
Daniel K. Inouye International Airport Restroom Improvements – Phased project involving renovation of 42 public restrooms using very large format tile. Approximately 100,000 SF of tile installed on the project.
Ala Moana Center Tile Project – 15,000 SF of tile replacement and over 90 cubic yards of sloped mortar bedding on the mall level, main walkway on the 2nd floor. The project was phased to keep all tenants open for business during construction.
Hawaii State Veterans Home – Showers and bathrooms for 120 living units, 8 community kitchens, 1st floor main food preparation area, 14 public restrooms, 6000 SF of lanai tile, and 3000 SF of main corridor tile.
VA Advanced Leeward Outpatient Health Access Clinic – Tile scope included 38 restrooms throughout the building, and 12,000 SF of main corridor floor tile.
Moana Surfrider Tile Replacement Wedding Chapel – Replacement of 750 SF of tile and metal trim along the balcony edges of three oceanfront guestrooms and the Wedding Chapel. The project was completed ahead of schedule, minimizing the down time of the rooms and wedding venue.
Kamehameha Schools Lunalilo Dormitory Renovation – Project included over 5,000 SF of floor and wall tile for 2 large multi-shower bathrooms, 3 ADA bathrooms, and 4 dorm advisor bathrooms.
Restroom Improvements and New Covered Walkway, Ellison Onizuka Kona International Airport – Over 10,000 SF of tile for 4 large men’s and women’s restrooms, 2 family restrooms, and mother’s restroom.
